I will never buy another Nokia product. The 6350 back cover keeps falling off due to poor design. All Nokia is willing to do is to sell me a new back cover for my 4 month old phone. That is poor company policy and it reflects their attitude to its customers.

I also had a problems with the back cover and it became totally unusable forcing me to purchase a replacement on ebay. I also purchased a snap on cover accessory online and this fixed the problem completely. The battery life is also poor for the 6350.
I will definitely avoid Nokia products in the future.

After 2 weeks my nokia 6350 will no longer power on. Tech support could not help me so I have to send it in to get repaired. I would also avoid nokia phones in the future.

Nokia 6350 has a slim and very innovative design. Display is excellent, but the phone has problems with video and photo quality. some of the applications are useless because the programming on the phone is very poor.

I too have problems with the back cover falling off, poor battery life and powering off randomly. First phone suddenly stopped powering on then the day I recieve the replacement, the new phone also powers off randomly. I have owned over 5 nokia phones and this is the first with problems. Seems like quality has diminished in their products.

I have this phone and am extremely disappointed. I’ve had it for about 6 months, and starting 3 months ago the pieces of the frame around the buttons on the sides started peeling off. Unfortunately, these are key to holding the back cover on, so now the cover comes off in my pocket, and when I pull the phone out to answer a call the battery flies out. The corners are not broken, which attests to the fact that the phone has not been dropped/ abused. Despite this, AT&T and Nokia claim there are no recalls on this phone and they will not warranty it. Check out more online reviews and you will see that this complaint is not unique, and they are ignoring that this is a frequent issue. Lousy design! Do not buy this phone!!!

I had my back cover come off and it apparently fell out of the PU. Can’t find where to get a new one. Am thinking about a new metal snap on cover. Will this work with the back cover lost.

I have owned this phone for only 3 months and the phone has powered off and won’t turn on. My husband has owned his for about 6 months and his battery cover is always falling off. We’ve also had Nokia phones for years and never had any issues before this. We’ve had more problems with this one in the short time we’ve had it than in the 3 years we had the previous one.
