Screws falling out and when I returned to where i bought the phone, they simply said: sorry we dont do that here. I have been looking since for replacement screws. Not a great way to build customer loyalty.

I've had the Nokia Surge for 4 months, and the screws are now popping out of the back of the phone, making the phone literally break into two pieces, this phone really isn't built for all of the messaging and sturdieness it claims to have. I am a avid texter and it just doesn't to be able to keep it together, literally.
